You don't need to know the technical terms. A short description is enough:

- A brief description of the problem
- Roughly when you need support
Please don't send confidential information yet. Avoid sharing sensitive employee records or documents related to a possible investigation in your first message. If we work together, we'll set up an appropriate, secure way to exchange that information.
